Family Ties of Westchester, Inc.
Our History
Nearly 20 years ago, Family Ties
began as a single support group,
meeting informally at churches,
schools, and hospitals. As the group
grew in popularity, Family Ties grew
from one support group into a
regionally- based, non-profit
organization serving hundreds of
families every year.
Who We Are
Family Ties is a grassroots
organization that provides free and
confidential advocacy and support
services to families of children with
social, emotional, and behavioral
difficulties through our 6 Family
Resource Centers.
What We Offer
Family Ties provides a wide variety
of support groups, parent skills
trainings, educational workshops,
foster-parent training & certification,
respite opportunities, and more. We
maintain a resource library for
parents and have computers
available at our Resource Centers
for family use.
